As part of today's session, we had our Yoga class in the first hour. And sir explained about the different advantages of practicing Yoga or any exercise. How we should practice it, conditions, etc. Then we learned about another type of Pranayama (Brahmari)
Up next we had a session with our optional subject and Tinu Ma'm continued with seminar session. Today Priyanka conducted her seminar and at the end, Ma'm gave a balanced feedback.

Thus came an end to our 1 week long online class sessions.
